Facilitating Archives Access
A group discussion on methods of providing access to Archival drawings. As an introduction, there was a demonstration of how the University of Maryland has organized its infrastructure drawings into a user friendly database for quick and easy access to the drawings retained in the FM Archives. A brief PowerPoint presentation that instructed users how to access the information within the database was shown, as well as live demonstrations.
