2006 become a sponsor or vendor

As host of the 17th annual National Collegiate FM Technology Conference (NCFMTC), I would like to invite you to join us next August 1-4, 2006 at the University of Missouri – Columbia in Columbia, Missouri. The Conference will provide companies with an excellent opportunity to have direct contact and interaction with facility managers, information managers, administrators, technicians, and other stakeholders. Attendees will have the opportunity to share technology, approaches, and cutting edge web-based development in space planning, GIS, CAD, document management, and other facility management processes.

You will have the opportunity to become an exhibitor, sponsor, or even host a pre-conference workshop. The Conference will provide exhibitors and sponsors an excellent opportunity to connect with potential customers from colleges, universities, and some federal and state agencies. Sponsors can display and demonstrate their latest innovations in hardware, software, and services that are available to a higher education consortium and state and federal agencies.

The conference will provide four full days of contact between exhibitors, sponsors, attendees, university, and state and federal administrators from across the United States and Canada. With our plans for this year’s conference, the opportunities for networking with current/potential users of your equipment and services should be greater than ever.

Attached is a summary that further describes the sponsorship levels/options available to you for this year’s conference. Also, if you become an event or meal Sponsor, you are given the opportunity to present your product or service during the sponsored meal or during the paid conference event.

If you are interested in becoming an NCFMTC exhibitor and/or sponsor, please complete the attached vendor registration form and return it to us. A 50% deposit will be required to hold a booth, meal sponsorship, etc. It should be noted that any contributions made to the NCFMTC are tax deductible as this is a non-profit agency. The events and booths will be available on a first come, first serve basis.

If you have questions about NCFMTC 2006, please don’t hesitate to contact me directly at 573-882-4506 or e-mail me.  I would like to personally thank you in advance for your sponsorship consideration!
