Registration fees for NCFMTC 2009 do not include lodging.  If you will require lodging, you may complete your hotel reservation now or log on later to add the request.  Upon registering, you will receive a confirmation number by email that allows you to access and make changes to your selections.  Thursday, July 23rd is the last day to reserve at the special NCFMTC room rate.   
Important note:  Once you make your hotel reservation, the convention event manager will provide your confirmation number within 5 business days.
 
 

COX CONVENTION CENTER & RENAISSANCE HOTEL
 
Standing at the cultural heart of Oklahoma City, the Cox Business Services Convention Center exceeds one million square feet and boasts 21 state-of-the art meeting rooms, including an impressive 25,000-square-foot ballroom. An expansion and renovation project was completed in 1999, linking the Center via a glass-enclosed skywalk to the Renaissance Oklahoma City Convention Center Hotel – host hotel for NCFMTC 2009. Map it!
Wireless internet access is available via four free wireless zones in the Convention Center. Cell phones, mobile internet devices and laptop cards typically work well throughout the venue, however we cannot guarantee connectivity in all areas.
Special NCFMTC Room Rate: $154 single or double occupancy (plus 13.85% tax, totaling $175.33 per night). All registrations and hotel reservations must be made through this website. After Thursday, July 23, 2009, availability and price cannot be guaranteed. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out is 12:00 p.m.

INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation of room reservation is allowed up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. After August 7, changes to your arrival or departure date must be made by calling (405) 651-5095. *All no-shows will be charged one night's room & tax the day after the arrival date.

Transportation from the Airport
The Renaissance Hotel is only a 10-mile drive from Will Rogers World Airport.

Airport Express Shuttle Service: $24 each way for one person; $7 per person for groups of three or more

  • Look for Airport Express vehicles outside Airport (they are commonly blue or white). Shuttles depart every 8 minutes; no reservations required.
  • Shuttles may make additional stops for other riders.
  • Ask Renaissance concierge to arrange return transport to Airport via Airport Express, or call (877) 688-3311. Wheelchair transport is available.

Taxi cab: $22-25 each way (Yellow Cab and A-1 both run taxi services to/from the Airport. The fee is metered, not a flat rate).

Self-parking: $7/day (no in/out privileges) within walking distance
