Subscribe	To subscribe to the NCCC listserver, type only the following in the message text. First name and last name are required. (Do not enter anything in the subject line.) subscribe nccc Firstname Lastname where Firstname and Lastname are your first and last names.
Unsubscribe	To unsubscribe to the NCCC listserver, type only the following in the message text ... and remember to send from the email address that you're signed up with. (Do not enter anything in the subject line.) signoff nccc

set nccc nomail	Suspend mail delivery without unsubscribing to the list. This may be useful when you are going to be away from the office for a long time.
set nccc mail	Resume mail delivery.
